Water Point

Water Point is an exclusive residential community located on the east end of St. Thomas between Cowpet Bay and Great Bay, home to the Ritz Carlton. Water Point offers its fortunate homeowners a park like setting with a lovely private white sand beach, private dock and a large pavilion along the water’s edge for parties and picnics. A bird sanctuary and salt pond and tennis court complete this picturesque and private setting. Water Point has a full time caretaker who lives in the cottage at the gated entrance to the grounds. There are 32 home sites on approximately 40 acres of land all serviced by underground utilities. There are still a few home sites available for sale and occasionally a home comes on the market.
